Leadership Comments: Barb & Tom Hoffner
We feel privileged to be a part of the Leadership Team of the Madison Christian Giving Fund (the “MCGF”). The Giving Fund exists to support ministries which further God’s Kingdom in the Madison Area.
This year will mark a milestone of generosity. In 2023, the total amount distributed by the MCGF since its formation will exceed $1,000,000. In addition to financial support, the MCGF makes “Capacity Building Workshops” available to its Ministry Partners, as well as to other non-profit organizations. It has been very exciting and encouraging to see the significant impact that a relatively modest amount of funding can have on charitable organizations and peoples’ lives.
We continue to be very grateful for the faithful donors to the Giving Fund who make possible the furthering of the work of its Ministry Partners. We are most grateful to our generous God for His incredible gift of His Son. God reminds us in Psalm 24 that the earth is the LORD’s and everything in it. He owns it all and we are called to be good stewards of what He has entrusted to us. We look forward to this New Year with God directing us.
